A business that gives you freedom.

I’m Ricky. During my first job in corporate America, I worked in a windowless basement doing repetitive tasks that rarely challenged me. I liked the people around me, but looking at colleagues much further into their careers made me wonder what my own life would look like if I kept following that path.

I wanted to build things, solve interesting problems, and have a say in where I spent my days. I stumbled upon The 4-Hour Workweek, and it helped me see that I could start making deliberate choices about how work and the life I wanted to live fit together.

I began moving myself toward remote work and entrepreneurship. Along the way, I got honest with myself about who I was, the life I wanted to live, and the people I wanted to build it alongside. That reflection helped me choose a direction and put my Why into words.

My Why

My why is to find fun and creative ways to problem solve and bring happiness to a large amount of people.

I value achievement, adventure, artistic expression, beauty, and friendship.

I use my passion for technology to overcome challenges in order for the people in my life to enjoy a life full of abundance, wealth, variety, and freedom.

I start with the human.

Your version of freedom might mean more time with your family, more room to serve your clients, or finally pursuing a business idea you care about. I want to help you understand what’s possible and develop the capability to build toward it.

“Because Ricky has made everything else so understandable and manageable. I feel like I'm in safe hands.”

An Accelerator that meets you where you are.

The Accelerator is designed for entrepreneurs with real work to apply the learning to. You might be running an established business, developing a new offer, or building toward a serious business idea.

Do I need employees to build an AI-powered team?

You can start solo or build with your existing team. The program works either way. Begin with your Strategic Digital Partner, then develop specialized AI support and involve human collaborators where they fit. If you already have employees, apply what you learn to how you direct work and help your people work more effectively with AI.

I already use ChatGPT or Claude. What would I learn?

You’ll learn how to connect and directly apply AI to your business and personal goals. Develop the skills to provide meaningful context, give clear direction, evaluate and refine its work, and build reusable materials, workflows, and AI employees with defined responsibilities. Business guidance helps you decide which applications and workflows deserve your attention, so you can accomplish more, free up your time, and do more of what you love.

What if I’m not technical?

No technical background required. The foundation develops skills in communication, context, direction, and reviewing and refining AI’s work. You’ll apply those skills to real business assets and useful workflows. As your confidence in the capabilities grows, you’ll be introduced to additional tools, systems, and more advanced applications with guidance that connects them to your growing capabilities.

What if I’m already advanced with AI?

The Accelerator supports entrepreneurs at all different experience levels. If you already use AI confidently, apply that foundation to deeper, more systematized business work: improving marketing, sales, delivery, and operations; developing specialized AI agents; and connecting workflows and systems. Live group calls throughout the Accelerator provide a place to explore emerging capabilities, work through implementation questions, and discuss how to integrate changing tools into your business. Your experience and current priorities guide what you work on.

What if I’m already busy?

Most entrepreneurs are already incredibly busy, and the Accelerator recognizes and is designed around that reality. The container is designed to help you connect your learning and implementation to the work you need right now to move forward.

The learning is self-paced. Recordings are available for live group sessions and modules are updated as AI capabilities rapidly change. Bring your real business needs to the live group calls for guidance on what to focus on and how to put AI to work without all of the noise.

Can AI support my work without making it sound generic?

Your voice, values, experience, and standards are part of the context you develop. You learn to guide the work, refine what comes back, and decide what represents you. Your judgment and relationships remain central.

What does participation look like?

You work through the self-paced foundation and apply it to your business. Alongside that learning, you join live online group coaching and implementation calls, revisit recordings, and ask questions in the member community. You bring the questions and work. Ricky provides education, business guidance, and implementation support as you develop your own capabilities.

What would you build
with more time?

An offer you’ve been meaning to launch. A better way to serve your clients. A team that can take on more of the work. More room for the life you want alongside your business.

The AI-Powered Team Leader Accelerator is opening its doors again soon. Leave your email to receive updates when enrollment reopens.
